How did you like having access to handouts via the internet?

I appreciate the having the handouts before the class but it was really hard to take notes because they were on PDF format. I would much prefer them to be in a .ppt document. That allows us to take notes.

The server wasn't that great ( Probably didn't have access to the stuff 6-7 times when I attempted ) And PLEASE PLEASE use ppt. PDF is useless.

I agree with the other comments. I am still having a hard time downloading the lectures. It's great to have them definately! But it's frustrating when they do not downlaod easily.

I liked having the slides online. But yes, .ppt files are preferred. What I have found useful in other classes is when professors put notes about each slide in the "notes" section of the powerpoint presentation. It's difficult to write down everything during class and sometimes I may miss important things (or I write something that I can't read or doesn't make sense to me later). Having the notes allows me to more thoroughly review what I have learned without the feeling that I may have missed something.

Having them online was awesome, but I agree with Lexi that the slides would be much more useful if there were notes to accompany them. I typically downloaded the slides after the lecture and would have to try to remember what concepts we were supposed to learn from the diagrams. Having notes along with the slides would help people that either forgot to download before lecture and would be helpful in the event that the slides are unavailable prior to the lecture.

I really needed notes to go with the handouts. Too many concepts and not enough explanations to refer to after class.

With one hour packed with information, I'd rather pay attention and listen rather than trying to scribble ideas down.

Power points with notes would have helped me learn better.

Yes, notes online was awesome, and having them beforehand allowed us to prepare beforehand, thus benefitting more from your lectures.

The only improvement would for it be more reliable, then that is awesom - would be better than handouts in class.
