Is it true that damon brackets can prevent the need for extraction?They basically have the same structure of a traditional bracket, correct?
What about the Viazis bracket? they sound like a panacea... quicker tx, decreased pain, sensitivity, less root resorption...etc. Other than cost, what are the drawbacks?
