I did not use it at all because I personally like to go up and ask the teacher. I guess it would be beneficial if everyone posted their questions so that everyone else can benefit from the answers, however, with our busy schedules, i personally think that it is just easier to approach you after class.

I tend to agree. The web based approach is great in theory however when it comes to asking questions its sometimes hard to explain in words what exactly I'm unsure about. Plus, it can be very time consuming to sit down and type out a thoughtful question or to even write a good response. Given our current schedule its not the most convenient approach.
I don't use it that much. It seems like a bit of hassle to have to phrase the question. But keep online Q&A option open.
